Our Terms & Conditions are designed to clearly explain how we work, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of our Clients to help ensure every project runs smoothly.

These Terms & Conditions cover important information including quotations, payment terms, cancellations, warranties, customer responsibilities, privacy, complaints and other key information relating to the goods and services we provide.

Our standard payment terms are a maximum of 7 calendar days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By requesting a Quotation, booking an appointment, instructing the Company to carry out the Works, accepting a Quotation, paying a deposit or invoice, or permitting us to commence the Works, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by our Terms & Conditions.
