By booking an appointment with Caprani Plumbing and Heating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Confirmation
- All appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed via phone, email, or written correspondence.
- Emergency call-outs are prioritised and may carry additional charges, which will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation and Rearrangement Policy
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange any scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to provide access at the time of the appointment, will incur a £50 + VAT cancellation fee to cover the engineer’s time and scheduling disruption.
- Emergency call-outs cancelled after an engineer has been dispatched are also subject to the £50 + VAT fee, even if no work is carried out.
3. Missed Appointments
- If no one is present to grant access at the agreed time, this will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur the £50 + VAT fee.
4. Charges and Payment
- All charges, including the call-out fee and any applicable rates, will be confirmed prior to the appointment.
- Payment is due upon completion of work or within the agreed invoicing terms.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Engineer Arrival Times
- While we aim to attend appointments within the agreed time window, delays may occur due to traffic, job overruns, or emergencies. We will notify you as soon as possible if delays arise.
6. Liability
- Caprani Plumbing and Heating will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by unavoidable delays, cancellations, or rescheduling.
7. Agreement
- By booking an appointment, you confirm that you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
