 Since entering the plumbing industry in 2007, Nathan has assembled a distinguished team to fulfill his vision for Caprani. Despite his position as the company's owner, Nathan remains actively involved on the ground, applying his substantial expertise in plumbing and heating. He is well-regarded within the industry, not only for his exceptional skills but also for his commitment to mentoring and knowledge sharing. Nathan's hands-on leadership and passion for his work are evident in his daily contributions to both the team and the broader industry. 

With six years of experience in the construction industry, encompassing roles in both management and sales, Dale has unequivocally established himself as Nathan's indispensable deputy. Holding a degree in Business and Management, Dale prioritizes efficiency, customer satisfaction, and effective delivery. His responsibilities include comprehensive oversight, meticulous scheduling, and fostering continuous communication between the team and clients. Dale's primary objective is to ensure the timely and budget-conscious completion of projects.

 Matthew has become an integral component of Caprani since joining as one of the initial apprentices in 2018. Now a fully qualified Plumbing and Heating engineer, he is advancing his expertise further by pursuing ACS gas core domestic qualifications. Known for his enthusiasm, reliability, and productivity, Matthew's presence is also marked by a vibrant sense of humour that enriches the workplace atmosphere. 

.  George is currently undertaking his Plumbing & Heating Apprenticeship at Caprani, diligently working towards achieving his NVQ Level 3. Demonstrating exceptional initiative, a keenness for learning, and a commendable dedication to maintaining a professional appearance, George exemplifies the ideal apprentice. His willingness to assist and his adeptness in teamwork are commendable. Caprani anticipates a promising career trajectory for George within the company. 

 Frankie, currently in his first year as an apprentice at Caprani, exhibits a strong eagerness to learn and a deep passion for plumbing. Focused on mastering the fundamentals, he undertakes basic plumbing tasks and provides valuable assistance to more experienced team members on various projects. Beyond his commitment to his apprenticeship, Frankie is an active member of the local and national rugby club, Hull KR, showcasing his team spirit and dedication both on and off the field. His dual commitment to his trade and sport exemplifies a well-rounded individual with a commendable work ethic.
